- Electrostatic Envelopment & Thermal Curing: Our powder coating line leverages advanced electrostatic wrap technology to ensure uniform coverage on hidden geometries and complex welds. Coupled with precision-timed curing ovens, this results in a “hardened-shell” finish that is significantly more resistant to mechanical abrasion and chemical caustic environments than standard shop-applied primers.
